As a Technical Project Manager, I led technical teams with Akamai enterprise customers to evaluate their web architecture and deliver the appropriate integration solution. This includes, but is not limited to evaluating the customer’s content management and publishing processes, web application architecture, security requirements, DNS configurations, and provide detailed documentation for a custom solution that satisfies the customer’s business and technical requirements.

  • Work closely with customers and pre-sales teams to manage and implement customer trials, propose technically feasible solutions and set accurate expectations on effort and timelines for integration. Establish success criteria and act as the single point of contact for the customer for all technical issues and project deliverables (Detailed project schedules, time accounting and technical documentation)
  • Lead Akamai University training sessions for new and existing customers.
  • Participate in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improving our methodology and quality of integrations.

Professional Services Lead

Smartling simplifies and accelerates translation and localization for companies reaching a global market. Using an innovative, cloud-based translation management platform, Smartling helps companies quickly translate their dynamic websites and web and mobile applications, keeping every language and location consistent and up-to-date.

At Smartling my role is to design and lead and manage successful implementations of the Smartling localization solution. As the primary point person for each client engagement my roles/responsibilities include: project scoping, project planning and tracking, technical design, analysis and strategy, and exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.

In an expanded role, I assisted in development and implementation of new processes to create operational efficiencies for the Professional Services team. This included development of Implementation standards, time tracking processes, and productization of services packages to enable and streamline sales.
